   This trip is the perfect combination; river navigation and jungle safari.
   On board of 4WD vehicles we'll drive 12km into the jungle, learning about its wildlife and the characteristics of its vegetation, till we reach "Port Macuco". From there on will navigate, with powerful zodiac speedboats, 12km up river, sorting the white waters of the lower Iguazu River, straight into the Devil's Throat canyon. Before ending our navigation will also visit the "San Martin" and the "Tres Mosqueteros" falls, were we are going to experience the force of nature as we stop for a quick and refreshing "shower" underneath it. 
   These adventure ends at the in front shore of the San Martin Island.
   Duration: 1hour 45min. 
   All speedboats are equipped with lifejackets and comply with the regulations of the National Coast Guards Commission.
 
 

 

 

   This circuit takes place at 7km away from the city of Puerto Iguazu at the shores of the Parana river, inside the forest reserve of Port Peninsula. 
Highly qualified members of the Argentinean Army supervise all activities.
   Description of the circuit:
   The first part of the trip involves 15km of off road driving through the jungle. Once at the beginning of the walking trail they'll do 5 km of trekking, bordering a stream till we get to the Tiger Fall, a few meters away from the Parana river. At these fall, Rappel activities take place, it can be done through the waterfall or through the dry part of the cliff.
   Then, sustained from a harness, the slope is crossed, descending to the tiger stream. After wildlife watching and some more trekking activities, will board again the 4wd transportation that's going to take us to the giant "Cañofistolas" (bamboo forest). There they will climb a hanging stair till they reach an elevated platform (30m high) from were the "Roof of the Jungle" can be observed.
   From these elevated platform they'll cross to another one located on other tree... by air!
   These excursion lasts aprox. 5 hours. It can be done in the morning or in the afternoon.
All of the activities are NOT compulsory and optional activities are available, such as off road trails and jungle biking.
   During the excursion passengers will be at all times instructed and supervised by Specialized guides. In group's grater than 20, two guides and one coordinator will be assigned to it.
   This excursion doesn't demand any special technical knowledge or special ability, and can be performed by any person of average fiscal condition.
It's preferable to ware casual clothing and to bring along some extra clothing in case they get wet, because of the waterfalls.
   Sol iguazu turismo will provide passenger with insect repellent lotion, sparkling water and first aid kit.
   We suggest hiring a photographer.
   Activities are performed with all the necessary equipment: harness, helmets, security lines and all passengers will be assisted before, during and after realizing any of the above mentioned activities.
As an optional activity the excursion can be ended with a typical meal "Asado" held in a near by ranch located inside the reserve.
 
   This trip consists in exploring 20km of the Yacaratia trail, located inside the preserved area of the National Park of Iguazu.
   Due to the fact that most birds, wildlife (monkey's, squirrel's...etc) and epiphyte vegetation as the Orchids and "stranglers" habitate on the top of the trees, these exploration, which last aprox. 2hs, it is done with specially designed open roof 4WD vehicles. This design allows the photographer to freely aim his camera were ever he wants to.
   During this journey, several interpretation stops and walks take place. At all times the passengers are instructed and introduce to the subtropical ecosystem, by a specialized guide.
   This trip includes the visiting of historical parts of the park.
 
   This trip takes place inside the National Park of Iguazu (Argentinean side), most specifically, inside the reservation area of the park.
   The first part of the trip involves 4km of 4WD open roof transportation through the Yacaratia trail (closed for the general public). During this journey, several interpretation stops and walks take place. During these stops, passengers are instructed and introduce to the subtropical ecosystem, by a specialized guide.
   After these segment is completed an 880m trekking trough the Macuco Trail takes place. This trail leads to the Arrechea Fall, were visitors can refresh themselves in a natural pool formed at the base of the fall by the erosion.
   At this paradisiacal spot passengers are given time to refresh and have a snack, after witch, they are driven back to the visitors center.
   At all times the passengers are instructed and introduce to the subtropical ecosystem, by a specialized guide.
   Duration: 2 hs.
   Difficulty: Low.
 
   These trip starts at the Devil's Throat walking trail.
   Once there, passengers' boards a semi rigid raft so as to, quietly, navigate down river through the delta of the Upper Iguazu River, appreciating the local varieties of birds, vegetation and wildlife. This is an excellent opportunity to fully comprehend the subtropical forest and it's fragile ecosystem. This floating is highly recommended for those who would like a closer interaction with the area.
   Once the floating has come to an end, on the way back they will enjoy an off road trip in 4WD transports, as the go down river by the shores of the Iguazu River. 
   Passenger will be drop off at the visitors center of the park.
